Sales Policy

The prices of products sold in this Website are shown in US dollars (USD).  They do not include any national, state, local or international taxes.  ErikaCreativa reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without notice, however no change to the pricing shall affect any customers’ orders that have been previously accepted by ErikaCreativa.

The pricing of the products in this Website do not include Shipping and Handling costs and merchandise insurance.  Once an order has been completed, the customer will be offered these concepts which may be accepted or rejected before proceeding to finalize the order under the customer’s own risk and responsibility.

The Shipping and Handling costs may vary according to the weight and volume of the order and shall be paid before the order is shipped.

The costs for merchandise insurance depend on the total value of the requested products at the customer’s expense and shall be paid before the order is shipped thus the merchandise must travel insured otherwise the customer accepts the risks and responsibilities of the merchandise traveling uninsured. 

Orders will be processed the next business day after verification of payment for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Forms of Payment

Payment must be made in full. The acceptable methods of payment are PayPal, credit card or bank account deposit. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
PayPal:  When paying with PayPal, you will be directed to their website.  Follow their instructions to register an account and be able to use this method for any future orders.  

Shipping Policy

We ship to all U.S territory, Canada, and European Union.  Shipping costs depend on destination, weight and size of the purchased goods.  To estimate the shipping costs it will be necessary to have knowledge of the intended purchase, country, state, and zip code.

Free Shipping applies to a minimum purchase of $100.00 USD within the United States of America via regular mail service. Free Shipping does not apply if the same order has be reshipped due to an error in the shipping information provided by the customer. 

Delivery time starts after the order has been confirmed, shipped, and a tracking number has been assigned.  
The time of delivery depends on the shipping service provider and the delivery destiny.  There are places and/or circumstances that may prevent the access and delay the time of delivery.  However we will assist the customer through this process until order has been received.

If for some reason, some of the shipping information provided by the customer is incorrect, and due to this error the order was not delivered, the customer shall pay again costs for re-shipment to the correct information.

If no person in present to receive the package to the specified address, delivery providers will attempt one to three times (depending of the provider).  After these attempts fail, the customer must pick up the package at the local post office or local parcel office within the indicated time otherwise the package will be returned to the sender and the customer will be liable to pay for any shipping costs for re-shipment. 

Product Colors

We always look the colors shown in this website to be the most approximate to the original color however, colors may not correspond exactly to the physical product. Colors may change due to lighting and photography. 

Cancellation, Exchanges and/or Refunds

Upon completion of payment, an order is considered firmed and can not be cancelled, simultaneously, we consider the customer has accepted our Terms and Condition and Policies applicable in our online store.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds due to the “color” of the nylon cord, thread, or yarn due to slight changes of color in fabrication if not bought from the same lot. 

Customer will be able to exchange or request a refund in any item purchased in our online store in the case that the wrong item has been sent in place of the item requested.

A refund or exchange will only apply if the merchandise is in its original packaging and if it does not show signs of damage and the customer presents proof of payment.

If customer received a different item to the one requested, an exchange will apply for the requested item only if it is reported to us through our methods of contact (email, contact form) within the first 48 hours after receipt of the order.

Only in this case, the shipping costs will be paid by us.  If for any reason, the item is not in stock, the customer will be able to choose: to wait until product is re-stocked or pick another item of his/her preference equivalent to the price.  If the customer wishes not to choose any of the before mentioned solutions, we will issue a refund.  

All products in our online store are subject to availability in stock.  In case of a requested product not being in stock, we will consult with the customer via email if he/she wishes us to replace it with an item of similar characteristics or wait until product is re-stocked.  We will indicate the time in which we will re-stock the item or if the customer wishes to eliminate that item from the order.  If the item has been paid, the amount will be refunded to the customer as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Customer must make sure the order has been placed correctly reviewing the products, price, and shipping costs, insurance of the entire order.  Only after verifying this information, proceed to make a payment.  Once a payment has been confirmed, the order may not be cancelled.  Customer will not be able to return the merchandise and a refund will not be issued.
