Plarn Minion Cell Phone Case

This is a recycling project.  These instructions are for a cell phone case for a Samsung Galaxy S4 (with a length of  5.38 in, a width of  2.75 in, and a thickness of  0.31 in) or any other phone  with the same dimensions. Another projects can be accomplished: coin purses, key chain, etc. with the appropriate stitches.
Plarn size: 0.5 in.
Gauge: 5  stitches in 5 rows = 1 inch

Materials:
3 regular size yellow plastic bags
3 regular size brown plastic bags
1 regular size white plastic bag
1 regular size black plastic bag
2 wiggly eyes
crochet hook 1/2.75mm
Crochet marker
Scissors
Glue gun
Large eye needle

Stitches Used:
CH = Chain
SC = Single Crochet
SL ST = Slip Stitch
